We have a very busy schedule and can only practice on a certain night. Can I request a certain practice night?

Answer

No, it is up to the coach to decide which night the team will practice. The coaches are able to request practice nights because they are volunteering an incredible amount of time and energy to this effort. We must abide by the random draw assignment of players to teams. Therefore, we can not move children from team to team based on scheduling needs.

Can I bring my pet to the games?

No, only service animals are allowed at Bright Start Fields - emotional support animals do not qualify.

Do I get a discount on spring registration if my player played in the fall?
Yes, if your player already has a uniform from fall and does not need a new/bigger size uniform you will receive a discount.

What is the refund policy?

REFUND POLICY

- Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
-Player fees may be fully refunded PRIOR to registration close date, minus credit card processing fees.
- Refunds for players fees requested AFTER registration close date and PRIOR to player draw will be refunded minus uniform costs and credit card processing fees.
- Player fess are non-refundable after the player draw and teams are finalized.
- All refund requests are subject to approval and will be issued at the discretion of the Wildcat Soccer League.

SAY Rule 8 - Legal Team, #3 Player Draw: Players shall be assigned to teams in a manner that provides no advantage to any one team over another. Assignment of new players and those who have moved up from a lower age division shall be by blind draw or some other method that results in teams being balanced in ability level. This is one of the most basic rules of SAY and must be enforced by each district. Any random choice method is acceptable.
